Answer: The answer is yes and no. You need one all-purpose resume; one you can hand out when you are faced with an unexpected networking opportunity. One that you can use across multiple disciplines, companies, and industries. This resume should list all your strengths and experiences. When applying for a specific job, the resume should be customized – tilted heavily in the direction of the specific requirements of the job; skillsets, competencies and achievements that support your candidacy.
